It depends on the municipality, the zoning of the property and whether the structure is fixed or movable. Your architect or the Câmara Municipal can confirm what is required. We supply drawings, specifications and technical data to support any application.

An electric sauna heater often needs more power than a standard home contract. We check your contracted power (potência contratada) and whether you have single- or three-phase supply, size the heater and tell you what is needed. Your electrician or energy supplier can increase the power if required.

Wood-fired gives the softest, most traditional löyly but needs a wood store, a chimney and someone to tend the fire. Electric heats on a schedule and can be controlled remotely, which suits rentals and hotels. In rural areas, check the rules on fires during the critical wildfire period.

Every project is built for its site, so the price depends on size, heating, finishes and access. Send a photo or the dimensions and we'll prepare a budget range.

Some models can ship from stock. Custom projects typically take 4–10 weeks from approved design to installation. We build to a queue, so booking early for spring and summer helps.
